Greetings from DGPC!
This has reference to our communication dated 31st March’2022 regarding the Agenda, Date, Time and Venue of Annual General Body Meeting (GBM) for the selection of Executive Committee of DGPC for celebration of Durgotsav 2022-23.
We are happy to intimate you that the said meeting was held as per scheduled date. MOM mentioned below for your information and update please.
1. President & General Secretary of previous year welcomed all the members who were present in the GBM and also thanked all the members who had informed their inability to attend the meeting due to their pre- occupation but are actively associated with DGPC.
2. President and General Secretary expressed their sincere gratitude to all the DGPC members for their continuous support and co-operation.
3. Statement of Accounts was presented by General Secretary and the General Body unanimously approved
the same.
4. General Secretary proposed to dissolve the DGPC Executive Committee for Durgotsav–2021-22 and requested all members to select the Office Bearers of Executive Committee for Durgotsav 2022-23.
5. The Executive Committee members for Durgotsav 2022-23 were selected unanimously by the members present on the day. Please refer the attached Annexure 1 for their names and responsibilities.
We are thankful to all the DGPC members for their continuous support and co-operation. We sincerely expect all members will extend greater support & cooperation this year by arranging more Advertisements, Sponsorship & Donations, etc.
We will update you about further developments and will intimate you regarding the availability of the Advt. and sponsorship Forms as soon as they are made ready.
